Warrant Arrest / Interfering An officer was on patrol in the 1700 block of NE Four Acre Pl when he observed a male trespassing on railroad property. The male was taken to the hospital for a jail clearance and then transported to the Linn County Jail. There was no damage related to the items being set on fire, but the female had multiple warrants for her arrest and was transported to the jail. The suspects were not located at this time. The male was issued citations in lieu of custody and released at the scene. Fraud- A Corvallis man met a person purporting to be a woman in California. The male was located nearby and issued a citation in lieu of custody for Trespass II. MVC Injury Officers were dispatched to the NW Walnut Blvd and NW Glenridge Drive for the report of a vehicle vs pedestrian crash. She said she was scared for her safety, but did not want police to contact the male at this time. No further action. The victim left the area prior to calling and the suspect was not located. Criminal Mischief- A 22-year-old female was cited for Criminal Mischief after egging an exs house and dumping trash on his car in the 200-block NW 21st Street. He was booked at BCCF. He refused to identify himself and was subsequently booked into BCCF. AOA-Fire Officers were dispatched to the 5500 block of West Hills Road for an issue with a person at the facility. The investigation revealed the females engaged in mutual combat where bear mace was deployed. Trespass Notice Officers responded to a report of a male trespassing in the 1400 block of NW 9th St. Bike Theft Officers responded to a report of a bike that had been stolen in the 700 Block of NW Kings Blvd. All of the involved parties were cited for Theft III and trespassed from the store. Warrant Arrest A 33-year-old female with no fixed address and a 54-year-old male, Corvallis resident, were contacted in the parking lot of a business in the 1800 block of NW 9th St in regards to a suspicious person complaint. Officers located the suspect vehicle and identified the suspect as a 46-year-old male with no fixed address. Officers discovered a door dasher was inside a restaurant trying to grab an order. The male was arrested on active warrants through Benton County Circuit Court and Lebanon Municipal Court. The suspect had already turned in the cans at the bottle drop, but he provided the victim with the voucher so he could collect the cash. There is no suspect information at this time. Officers requested medics for an alcohol evaluation. DUII A 27-year-old male, Corvallis resident, was stopped for a traffic violation. Officers discovered an unknown suspect siphoned gas out of multiple vehicles in the area. Warrant Arrest A 46-year-old male with no fixed address was stopped for a traffic violation in the 500 block of SW Twin Oaks Circle. Shoplift Officers responded to the 700 block of NW Kings Blvd for a reported shoplift. Theft- A male with no fixed address reported another male, also with no fixed address, stole a bag of cans from him in the 1100 block of NW 9th St. The officer learned the female had two Benton County warrants. The driver was put in for a retest through DMV. The suspect was taken into custody, transported to the police station, and later released with a citation for the crime. Approximately $2,000 in property was stolen. He was placed into custody and later released with citations for his warrants. Before the officer could leave the area the female returned to the businesses property. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody.
